As a general contractor we provide state of the art bidding process using our on-line plan room and broadcasting our invitations to bid via fax and email from our extensive database of subcontractors and vendors. This provides us with a broad range of trade coverage, which is qualified by our bid team to ensure proposals are complete for each respective trade giving us the most competitive bid possible. Our database of subs is also used for bidding prime construction packages as well.

Once Inland has been deemed the lowest responsive bidder, our project management team is assigned to launch project set-up. Contracts are processed for all subcontractors and vendors so submittals can be procured quickly and efficiently for approval by the owners and architects. Inland is known and respected for this speedy process which allows for an efficient project start.

At the same time, Inland assigns a project superintendent to examine the plans and specifications, familiarize themselves with the schedule, contact and align subcontractors, and work out any details the owner may request. This process allows the project to start efficiently upon approval of submittals and securing of permits.
