Other than general contracting, Inland bids prime packages for new construction and building modernizations for public entities including elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, colleges, libraries and public buildings. These packages are Specialties, Elevators, and Doors, Frames and Hardware.

Inland’s prime packages are performed with primarily subcontracted forces; therefore we have created an extensive database of subcontractors who specialize in the trades of the prime packages we bid. We can meet the toughest schedules with quality and performance due to our close relationship with these subcontractors, our expertise in contract administration and jobsite management. Below is a list of, but not limited to, the packages we most commonly bid.

We have been performing specialties packages for 13 years consisting mostly of finishes as listed below, but not limited to.

Elevator
Our 12 years of accumulated expertise allows us to coordinate, provide and install elevators including hoist ways.  Elevators are California ADA and code compliant. Commonly used manufactures are GMS Elevator, ThyssenKrupp Elevator, Mitsubishi, Otis and KONE.

Doors, Frames, & Hardware
Doors, Frames & Hardware packages can range from approximately 50 to 300 doors per project. We provide a large range of styles, types, material and colors along with any variety of doors to meet the needs of the commercial industry-fire rated, custom sized, and specialty doors.

Our installers work closely with the framing and drywall companies for installation of the frames and then return later closer to project completion, to complete the door and hardware installation.
